Nails for Halloween

I did the ombre look again, but this is for Halloween :)

I two-toned my nails with bright orange background and black on the tips.
And  I've got Pumpkin face on one of the left hand and BOO on my right thumb nail.
I used an nail art pen to draw & write and it wasn't too difficult.

And..VOILA!!! Very Halloweeny :)

Early Halloween Party

Hi! Whoever reading my blog I hope you all having a great day :)

My first halloween experience was in Newyork back in 2009.
I had to study English in ELS institute for 2 month to intern in Walt Disney World.(Yes, I did an internship in Disney World and it was awesome! :D)
I was quite amazed to see all people dress up like zombies, Sookie from True Blood, super heroes and whatever.
I mean, I've had heard about it but it was the first time I saw it for real!
Since then I got to love halloween so much.

But unfortunately, we don't celebrate halloween in Korea. :(
Since my closest friends love halloween just like me, we were like,
why don't we celebrate it?
We through a halloween party last saturday at Carrie's and it was so much fun!

We were thinking of a pot-luck party then got so lazy and just order some papa jones and chicken.... ;p

Boo ya!

We all wore this cute glow in dark Skeleton earrings

Super cute cupcakes from Manopin :)

  Spike party!
Two princesses that joined our party :) Khiana and Anaya!

It would have been awesome we could easily get more halloween decoration and stuff in Korea,
but at least we got the halloween themed cupcakes! :)

I can't wait to go back to the states and celebrate halloween there.

Anyways, happy halloween everybody!

Nails of the week!

I just wanted to write a quick entry about my new favorite nail look.

We get to see nice ombre going on a lot from clothing to even hair.

It became a huge trend now.

The other day, on this youtuber's channel I watch all the time, Samantha a.k.a. Beautycrush,
when I saw her ombre nails tutorial video, I was like OMG have to try this!!

So I tried this look for the first time and this is the outcome.

Thanks to Beautycrush,
I did it pretty well obviously, I got a lot of compliments on my FB and Instagram!
It made my day!

What I love about it is that you can be creative and play with colors,
cause you know you need two colors to do this.

I am dying to try diffrent colors!

I found this video clip really really helpful so I wanted to share it here :)

She showed two ways to do it,
I prefer the first one easier.

Have fun!

DIY Phillip Lim Nail Look :)

I am loving this half & half nail painting so much.
I've done it like three times already.
When I saw how to do it in Garance Dore's video clip,
it looked so easy but chic, I was like I have to try!!
I wasn't that easy I thought It would be, but I am getting better as trying a few times :)
I think It's perfect nail look for fall and fun to try.

Global Gathering Korea 2012

Wow it's been a while I wrote my first post!

My girls, Carrie and Serena, and I was invited to GGK 2012 last friday,
it was pretty cool so I thought I'd share here.

I was so excited bcos it was my first time to an electronic music festival!

Even though we don't really know much about electronic music,
once we walked in the Caribbean bay, we're already jamming to the beat from the stage.

They had a few cool events like this pop-up temporary tattoo booth and Dazed magazine giving away!

I just loved to check out what people were wearing and to try new drinks and new kind music.

Too bad we had to leave there pretty early bcos what we were wearing wasn't warm enough,
we weren't feeling well.

But my girls and I managed to watch these guys' performance and we loved it!
